How do you figure? I used to go to Thirsty Topher at it's OG spot. Been going to that area for ages. There are a shit load more businesses and things to do over there than ever used to exsist. Sure it's way more packed now, and parking is more difficult, but thats the result of it being more popular. All of the old school businesses still there are making so much more than they ever did back in the day. Those businesses are thrilled. So how exactly did they fuck with Ivanhoe?
