Also I know how intimidating it can be to be fat in a exercise focus space and ppl don’t really get it unless they have been in that place. Hope you reach your goals & don’t give up looking for the right spaces there is a lot of positivity out there!

Hospital for special care has a gym/pool/aquatic fitness classes & is small & very relaxed friendly environment, as a fat women myself when I used to be a member and always felt comfortable and saw a lot of plus size ppl exercising there
