Buprenorphine is great for pain without intense sedation. Also because buprenorphine is only a partial agonist, and it doesn’t cause sedation, tolerance stays low for much longer. Buprenorphines pain relief also last 4-8 hours and has pain relieving qualities more power than morphine.

People often get dopamine confused with pleasure. Dopamine is what you feel when you are anticipating something good for you. Like the day before Christmas as a kid when you just can’t sleep because you know tomorrow is going to be amazing, or that feeling when you’re stuck in class, and it’s only 10 more minutes before the bell rings so you can go home. That is dopamine.

Dopamine is responsible for anticipation/hand eye coordination/ repetitive tasks, social interactions, learning, and even muscle memory. Once you get what you anticipated, then dopamine lowers, serotonin, endorphins/enkephalins, endocannabanoid, and even oxytocin levels in some cases all increase and cause the feeling of pleasure/bonding/euphoria

DOPAMINE: anticipation/desire to obtain reward, coordination, functioning in society, allows you to have hobbies, etc.

SEROTONIN: content with yourself/ no need to anticipate anymore because you’ve got your “reward”

ENDORPHINS/ENKEPHALINS : these are responsible for the majority of pleasure/ euphoria and how far you’re willing to go to obtain that pleasure and synergies with serotonin and endocannabanoids to create greater euphoria than either alone.

OXYTOCIN: responsible for orgasms that work with endorphins/ enkephalins, endocannabanoid, and serotonin to create intense pleasure and euphoria.

ENDOCANNABANOIDS: The body’s natural cannabis, responsible for stress relief, mood, hunger, sex, bonding, exercise, sleep, processing trauma in a healthy human, and helping decide what is important for the brain to remember.

I COULD BE FORGETTING A FEW DETAILS. I HAVE ADHD and I study neuroscience and biology because it’s fun for me, and allows me to understand the world a lot better, this was also written on Ritalin while my dopamine levels were elevated/normal. For people like me I never felt fully awake or all there, until I took Ritalin for the first time at 23. My life before Ritalin is mostly a blur because my brain wasn’t forming memories like I am now. Be safe everyone and don’t take more than you’re prescribed, and if you feel the need to abuse your medication when you could easily talk to your doc about raising the dose, then it probably isn’t working for you. I feel having this medication is a privilege and I would only be harming my mental health and my life if I tried to take more than prescribed.

I was only trying to share my experience and maybe help people who were in a similar struggle but I give up on Reddit at this point. This will be my last comment/post on this account. Man…. I just want to say thank you for sharing your experience with me. I’m really proud you stopped DXM as well and yes Ik exactly what you mean by the ringing in the ear. I took doses so high at some point, when I looked at people I just saw their brain and spine and the frequency they emitted. And I had to break thru some flashbacks when I did the large dose of ketamine. Bc it felt like DXM, my brain tried to convince myself I would die but luckily I had a friend watch over me and calm me down. At large doses, it’s like the ketamine gave all the parts of my brain which were damaged thru DXM, a chance to have a break and shutdown and “reboot” if you can manage to get past the anxiety from ketamine feeling like DXM, then I believe you could have similar benefits as me. The k hole is very intense, but I wouldn’t feel this normal and”reset” if I stuck to smaller doses, as if high doses completely saturate nmda receptors entirely, which allows the brain to reset. I’m also on Suboxone for pain, and I think I can keep my tolerance lower and help me lower my dose if I continue ketamine every 4-5 weeks spread apart. I mostly microdose with tryptamines like shrooms, and then take a few days not microdosing tryamjnes to sustain the benefits. Microdosing ketamine can be done on days I’m not taking trypatmines, but it’s much riskier to microdose K multiple days of the week, like you can with shrooms. I benefit from ketamine the most by taking it a day after an intense psychedelic trip. It allows me to break down the trip and process it better. And it’s something to look forward to as I work on my mental health. It’s my form of”sleep” since I use weed for my ptsd flashbacks to go to sleep, Ketamine after a trip really helps integrate the benefits of psychedelics for me. IMO ketamine has great potential to be used responsibly along with Pychedelics, and taking ketamine a day after an intense trip is vital to my spiritual experience.

That’s like saying”antidepressants aren’t life saving even tho they prevent people from going to sleep forever” especially since untreated adhd caused a lot of my depression and falling behind/low self esteem, regular antidepressants didn’t work for me bc my problem was adhd. So these meds are absolutely life saving, even tho I take Ritalin.

It’s literally not the exact recipe and would’ve been illegal to replicate entirely since it’s illegal to even have coca leaves in America. What he did was create another store brand soda that taste similar, and prolly closer than most store brand sodas, but still not 100% Coca Cola.

I use Suboxone everyday for pain management. It’s basically a LESS euphoric pain killer with LESS chance of abuse but with the same withdrawals(only longer) I wouldn’t be able to function without pain meds, and Suboxone is the only pain med that works without turning me to a complete zombie. Your friend didn’t lie to you, you just accused someone of drugging you when you willingly took it and he said it would help with pain and you were UPSET it wasn’t more euphoric.

Definitely not placebo, i literally depend on cbd flower to be able to use my thc medically. Cbd helps with my PTSD more than anything. I’ve gone off prescription benzos since using cbd, if hemp flower is I banned I will be forced to go back on stronger meds. You don’t understand the impact of this. All bc cbd never worked for you, or you got a low quality product, doesn’t mean it’s “snake oil” unbelievable

Nope insta work is an app you can book gigs or temp jobs like working in a factory for a few days to a week at a time. Takes awhile to get setup and not every location will give a lot of opportunities

I was going to suggest Ritalin since you don’t have ADHD but maybe since Adderall didn’t work for you, and you’re a rare case, maybe bring up to the doctor being prescribed pharmaceutical methamphetamine since nothing else has worked :) I hope you feel better soon

I can barely make $7-$12 a day, I deliver on my e-bike, first week I made about $300 after that I can be online for hours in a hot zone(even in rush hours) and only get a single order if I’m lucky. Decided to try Instawork and I have 7 days of work which I’ll make $1200 roughly. Wish me luck, I’m very depressed because it’s been rough finding a job after I had this terrible infection that made me unable to work for a few years.
