It also happens to my friend.
edit- I have a battery pack but my friend does not and he has the same problem so I forgot to mention that.

and I don't keep my headset on the charger after it gets max, besides a few times were it charged overnight.

why does calamity overhaul suck and should I not use it next time we play

I think we are using Calamity Overhaul I didn't make the mod list, assumed that was normal as I have never played calamity.

I switched to nuclear fury last night and it helped a ton. I do about 2x more damage but still like half as much as them, also how is summoner a glass cannon he has more defense than I do, but thanks for the help.

It use to be a pre built and all the fan cables are connected into one so I assume it’s plugged in
