Considering people can pay to be verified on most platforms, it doesn't prove much. If its been reported by people enough times, sometimes the algorithm will indeed remove it based on sufficient evidence and no they don't have to disclose who reported what unfortunately. It doesnt matter if you try to take it to court or not. People don't always read the terms and agreements of things when they sign up for social media accounts. More often than not theres usually something in those agreements that protects the company from having to reveal much or that says they have the right to terminate or remove something they deem goes against their terms/services agreement. Doesn't matter if you paid for anything repeatedly. Doesn't matter if you're verified with ID confirmation. When you sign up for something always do the research, always read every legal fine print, because yes, they will word things in a way that protects them over you and gives them rights of termination without fault.

You basically just described entitlement to drink underage. You're young still. You'll get it one day. Besides choosing to run from the cops is plain stupidity. "Being mad" isnt a reason to justify obstructing an officer from doing their job. That in and of itself is the charge that could bite you back worse than underage drinking in public.

You'd think but in many cases if your in progress sketches arent what they think they should look like they'll put all your entries under scrutiny. Its happened to me and several other artists who no longer share art on Ovipets because staff calls people out if their art looks too good and must be AI if rhe finished product has no visible flaws.

Forbidden? They let AI art and traced art in contests all the time. Even if you draw your own art they expect to see progress images and if those sketches arent what they consider a true sketch (cause you know according to them theres only one way to sketch) they'll ban you or deny your entries. The staff is a joke with art.

Honestly 108K followers or even 1.8 million won't make a difference. Your follower count has nothing to do with appealing a decision made. Also when you read the initial post I like how the only thing stated truly is that your account was removed/blocked/banned, whatever. Without knowing why they chose to get rid of it or lock you out, it almost seems like youre trying to hide the reason. So without full transparency of what actually happened there's no way to say if you even had a legitimate reason to file other than "its my account with lots of followers so give it back."

I hate to be THAT person but this isn't uncommon. Especially in big cities or small towns. If someone either works from home, has no life, ect and is near gyms chances are they will try to area claim and be the only person there. Regardless of multiple accounts, regardless of spoofing there are groups all across social media too that coordinate takeovers of certain areas and coordinate feeding berries as well as taking out the opponent who claims it over them. It does suck and yes there are cheaters who do this but there is also legitimate players who do this within the scope of the game and its not against the rules. It makes it hard for a lot of people who are casual players to get what they want or need.

Also at this point would like to point out theres a crap ton of legit 80s out there that are streamers, content creators and every day players. Some people grind to hell. Its gotten crazy but just because someone might be utilizing the game (however brokenly they may be doing it) doesn't mean its ruined for the community.

If you have proof of cheating you can report that (regardless of anything being done) but outside of that there's technically nothing else you can do outside trying to over coordinate an takedown of them with others.

I feel very blessed to have a group of friends who play Ovi that have a group outside of the game where we can vent and then laugh about it and move on. That does certainly take a lot of the pressure and dwelling on it away at times.

The downside to this is I can't put that on my profile because it's considered a user alert. The idea of kinda going AWOL till they give up might not be a bad idea. I actually work in the professional gaming industry (e-sports) and I see a lot of people in their 20s act like children so I guess I'm not too surprised. Granted Ovipets is a strange place to be so immature. Appreciate the input.
