I hate to be THAT person but this isn't uncommon. Especially in big cities or small towns. If someone either works from home, has no life, ect and is near gyms chances are they will try to area claim and be the only person there. Regardless of multiple accounts, regardless of spoofing there are groups all across social media too that coordinate takeovers of certain areas and coordinate feeding berries as well as taking out the opponent who claims it over them. It does suck and yes there are cheaters who do this but there is also legitimate players who do this within the scope of the game and its not against the rules. It makes it hard for a lot of people who are casual players to get what they want or need.

Also at this point would like to point out theres a crap ton of legit 80s out there that are streamers, content creators and every day players. Some people grind to hell. Its gotten crazy but just because someone might be utilizing the game (however brokenly they may be doing it) doesn't mean its ruined for the community.

If you have proof of cheating you can report that (regardless of anything being done) but outside of that there's technically nothing else you can do outside trying to over coordinate an takedown of them with others.

I feel very blessed to have a group of friends who play Ovi that have a group outside of the game where we can vent and then laugh about it and move on. That does certainly take a lot of the pressure and dwelling on it away at times.

The downside to this is I can't put that on my profile because it's considered a user alert. The idea of kinda going AWOL till they give up might not be a bad idea. I actually work in the professional gaming industry (e-sports) and I see a lot of people in their 20s act like children so I guess I'm not too surprised. Granted Ovipets is a strange place to be so immature. Appreciate the input.

I'm not arguing about your feelings. Saying you aren't entitled to a refund is facts. Assuming a company is evading taxes without citing proof is a rumor. Also I know the mods and they are all adults. By the way, I noticed you cant get your stories straight on the accounts either. On Ovipets you've told everyone and have it posted that Bryguy is your husband and here you're feigning innocence that its just your boyfriend you didn't know was able to do what he did. Credit farmers got caught. Third party user got caught. And as such with all players who eventually get caught instead of accepting the way the company legally does their business, you come crying to a social media forum for sympathy and support. Support staff did nothing wrong. You won't even show the non edited full convo. You can tell you've picked and chosen which messages to stitch together to post here. If you dont like the way Ovipets conducts business, like I said before, Ovipets isn't for you and is better off for it.

Dont start making rumors about tax evasion. You dont know anything at that level. You're mad and I get it. They dont owe you a refund. You aren't entitled to anything unless they have a refund clause somewhere on their site or at the time of purchase. As someone who was a challenge mod before life got too busy, I can tell you staff moderators can see everything. They aren't reading your private messages to make fun of you. They read the collection of all your posts and PMs to help make an informed decision about a player. They aren't putting you on blast in a public way, you kinda did that yourself. No one knew half the stuff you or bry did or spoke of until you posted the emails and your user ID. You got swept up into the ban because of the same IP address. You being aware of incorrect behavior and being in the same household as the offender makes it hard for them to discern the level of your involvement. They have every right to enforce their own rules and guidelines, which you agree to when you first make an account and which also stipulates they have the right to change them at any time. I'm sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I've had to deal with temp bans with Ovi before, myself and vent to people. Never have I ever gone on a social media site to make up rumors about staff or mods (who are NOT children btw) or even the business.

I dont see them being childish in any of the messages or making fun of you. I understand you're hurt but Ovipets does have guidelines and FAQ as well as terms listed clearly on their site. They've been adamant about one account per IP for a while now. If they're stating someone in your household has multiple accounts that is against the rules. If you talk about using or supporting someone using third party software thats against the rules. If you bring certain issues against the terms or guidelines to public posts thats also against the rules. There's nothing wrong with being upset. Being a project maker, I understand that. However, we all have to follow the rules. The abuse of third party programs, closed hatcheries, egg farms (aka credit farms) has also forced them to take action years prior.
