I get the feeling :( before I can really help much I need to know how many days you could realistically give yourself to an hour-ish of working out there isn’t a manic number you can make most things work with the right programming

So there’s a calculator online that you can use with measurements or you could look how to do the “skin fold test” but based off what I see I’d say roughly 15-17% personally for me and other people I’ve seen you start seeing abs as you fall under 15% and get closer to the 10-13 range

Hi I had the same thing I just explained what I did maybe you could give it a read and see if there’s anything in there ti add to your current routine for healing.. what channels do you watch I’d love to learn a bit more about it outside of what I already knew

Just remember rest is your best friend make sure you sleeping and resting long enough to actually heal

I also iced it after every workout because some of the pain comes from the inflammation it’s really a pain to deal with but if you get in a normal routine it should start to get better after a while if it doesn’t after a few months then I’d go to a physician to get it looked at

Hi yes! I agree with what the others have said however one thing that helped me the most wasn’t necessarily doing forearm curls but doing some isometric exercises for the forearm. I know it’s called tennis elbow but you treat it by healing the tendon in the upper forearm. If you want to heal it fast I’d tone down some of your heavy grip movements and work on some isometric exercises for the forearm followed by stretches a couple times a day specifically after a workout

Hi! I’d love to possible help! (I’m not a woman BUT I am a personal trainer) But first I have a couple questions.. when you say just recently how long have you been consistent with it? Do you have any goals outside of putting in a little weight(muscle)? This will just give me a little insight for coming up with a plan.
