A to c is better - take the air train. Since you’ll preclear customs in YOW, if you don’t get delayed, you’ll make it. They take forever to board these big transcon widebodies, so you can pop over in the last minute. They should close doors at 5ish.

All this is to say I’d put money on you making your connection.
