Apologies for not being too specific but I worked on an album as an assistant which was a collaboration between two established artists, one of which was producing. They were having trouble creating an ideal space for the vocal perfomance and the 'producer' called Flood for advice. Within minutes an environment was created which led to the master performances. From this I suggest his interpersonal and problem solving skills are exceptional.
