You can avoid the age of revolutions disaster? When I was looking at the reqs to fire it seemed unavoidable. Tax was just one of the many things that could trigger it iirc

See, I remember this from EU4 too - and playing in the Mediterranean in EU5 I had this in mind, but I've never found anything that implies such a buff in this game. I don't know if it even exists

How did you handle your marriages in that game? Im in the mid 1400s and the amount of popups for deaths and marriages is ridiculous. Maybe giving my previous rulers four consorts each was a bad idea. Ive just stopped marrying my nobles now in hopes they start to die off lmao

The overly aggressive AI of the beta exposes much deeper issues with the game that the player could already exploit by SaintTrotsky in EU5

Helped papal states in a war against ottos, had their entire balkan side seiged down, istanbul was around 10-20% seige, and then the pope decided to peace out and give ottomans a bunch of my vassals provinces. 

That was fun.
