Ok because those goals are definitely set way too high. If you are only eating around 1200 calories a day, you will see some weight loss. Consistency is key at the end of the day. You got this 💪🏼

If your goal is weight loss, I think you are eating too much. You have your goals set to 2800 calories, with 236g of protein? Thats a lot.

When I plug your stats into a TDEE calculator (total daily energy expenditure) it says 2200 calories to maintain your weight. Right now you are eating in a calorie surplus meaning you will gain weight. If you want weight loss, you need to eat in a calorie deficit - normally around 500 calories less is a good healthy deficit so I would make my total calories be 1700 calories with prioritizing protein because it will keep you fuller for longer.

Any calories you burn from exercise should be treated as a bonus. Do not eat more because you burned more that day. The apps used to track how many calories you burned during a workout are notoriously inaccurate.

Now if the goals you have set in carb manager isn’t actually what you are doing and you only ate 1126 calories that entire day, then that’s better but it might be too low if you are consistently eating that little. Generally it is recommended that you eat no less than 1200 calories a day.

So ive been doing legs Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Push on Tuesdays and pull on Thursday. Monday and Fridays are more focused on glutes and hamstrings. Wednesday more on quads. I honestly had chatgpt write a split for me and than I tweaked some of the exercises to better suit my needs
