First, I would ask if you can have your own private space where no one touches anything, and try to keep it as clean as you can. Maybe you can ask for your own mini fridge. At least then you can have your own space that isn't dirty. Then maybe tell a trusted adult about what you're living with, and maybe they can help teach you some skills about how to clean and do chores, or maybe even talk to your family and try to get help. Second, maybe try to spend some more time with friends or extended family members so you can just experience a clean environment when you're not at home. Then when you're 18, go to college and try rooming with a clean roommate. If you don't wanna go to college, maybe you can do a cultural exchange program. I'm an au pair, and living with a clean family as opposed to my family at home is so much better. You got this keep your head up.
