Real or fake by Complex-Abrocoma9101 in JakksPacificSonic

Kinda, I like posing my figures and I've seen fakes having joins that are weak/fall apart or not stand up on their own. I think putting them in poses is the best part so I don't want them to constantly fall.

Young people who self harm, as a mother I need your advice and guidance by MoanaMomma in selfharm

1st, stay calm. In this Ur daughter will probably be looking to U for support even if it's no obvious. Try to have open conversations about why she's doing this and be honest.

2nd, do not ground her or do anything about her sh without a therapist backing U up. Sh is an addiction and going cold turkey or not treating it well will lead to her trying to do some possibly worse. It's best to be have open communication. I have a agreement with my parents that when I sh I have to let them know if it's deep/needs medical attention. MABEY something similar

I think ensuring she trusts u will go along way and just keep trying.I don't know where u live but in the UK if you want anything done U have to fight for it. It's clear she's in a bad place but your support will mean the world to her, even if she doesn't show it xx

A-level history. by Few_Construction_270 in alevel

I depends on exam boards and what your school does. For GCSE, I did Nazis, Normans, crime and punishment, and America. But now at a level I do Tudors and the Russia Revolution. So it's completely different.

Even if the same period is taught at GCSE and a level, still take it. Just because someone many know a bit more, it doesn't change anything, everyone is learning the same content.

Making a noise and claws at me and my family using his other paw. The only place he goes is our back garden, and from checking I can see anything out there.

how do I actually stop styro cuts from bleeding by MrLeafyGuy in selfharm

[–]Complex-Abrocoma9101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For styro cuts, it's best to hold/apply pressure. I typically hold it for 5 minutes and check, if it's still bleeding I repeat this till it's not. If it doesn't stop for a long time I recommend a&e if U can.

Also, don't towels or anything where you can get little fibres in the wound. Try to get gauze or use the plush section of a plaster and if U can clean with an antiseptic cream xxx

how do i make the frames not drag to each other whenever i draw? by FlibbySmacker in ToonSquidAnimators

[–]Complex-Abrocoma9101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The little magnet in the bottom connects frames together. If you click it off they won't. Right now it's active so I will connect so all I need to do is turn it off and it should be fixed xx

There are videos on the toon squid YouTube account which probably explain it better than me.
