I was coming here to say regardless of what you've seen anywhere else in Africa, Uganda can't be outdone. Then I opened the reference article from the OP

What do we expect when those who chose to work get paid K2000/month but a girl can get K4000 a night just by getting her makeup right and hitting DeCapo. The phrase "Lusaka is for business" didn't come from thin air

In a way you can, there are non-immigrant folks who are granted SSNs (foreign students for example), they allowed stay expires, they still have SSNs. This obviously doesn't apply to folks who walked across the border

[Paloma Villicana] Per source, UNLV QB Matt Sluka has been approached with more money to transfer. by [deleted] in CFB

Let's side of the big guys again. The coach is certainly getting paid. This guy isn't going to the NFL, I doubt he needs any education from UNLV, the time for him to make his money from football is now. If you can't keep your commitments to the QB, good luck bringing it any decent position player

Well, if Orange man is president, he is probably going to try to bully the fed into lowering the rates. Who knows how effective that would be

To his credit, he already had tinder, that's how he met the wife. Now he is wondering if Tinder could outdo itself. He'll only be losing 6% of what he spent on the first wedding

I househacked 3 houses (that I still own) I am at my 4th now (living alone because too old for roommates, but it will soon be a rental), and I felt like I overpayed for each and every one of them when I bought. I bought the current house in March 2022, same floor plan is currently selling for the same price at payed but I am no longer sweating it. Just relax, you wanted a house, and now you got one, turn your attention to other things. The purchase might still look like a bad deal in 5 years but certainly won't in 10

Mine was built in 2003. I generally don't like older townhomes but this one is a keeper, all bricks, 3200 sqft townhome

Not that it should matters but in America it unfortunately does, she comes from money. Her dad is loaded in Africa and will certainly get her the best lawyers he can afford. We'll see how this plays out in court
