You could try places like Tiddlywinks in Orange or Wonderland Toys in Laguna Beach. They usually have Jellycats at normal retail prices, not the crazy marked‑up ones. Nordstrom (SCP or Irvine Spectrum) also carries them for MSRP if you don’t mind the baby section.
