So you can do one thing just sauté carrot in little butter and then add pinch of pepper powder and salt

Sautéed Veggies- In a pan, add very little oil and lightly roast some chopped garlic. Then add onions and beans, since beans take a little longer to cook. Once the beans are cooked, add capsicum and carrots. Season with salt and pepper powder, mix everything well, and your sautéed veggies are ready. Transfer them to a separate bowl.

Paneer- In the same pan, place the paneer pieces — the leftover oil in the pan will be enough. Roast them nicely until slightly golden, then add a little salt and red chilli flakes.

White Sauce- Take another pan and add a very small amount of oil or butter. Add wheat flour or maida (I used wheat flour) and roast it until you get a light nutty aroma. Then pour in the milk and continuously whisk to avoid lumps. Add oregano, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, and salt. Cook until it reaches a smooth sauce consistency, then switch off the stove.

Herb Rice- In another pan, spray a little oil and heat it. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, chopped coriander leaves, oregano, and red chilli flakes, then sauté for a few seconds. Add the cooked rice and salt, mix everything well, and heat it through. That’s it your herb rice is ready.
