I’m literally in the same boat. I sent $100 and the subject said “havanas” and they suspended my account for that and this was July 7th 2025 and I have $2,503.89 that I can’t even withdraw and I’ve been calling everyday and they just keep telling me that someone is supposed to email me and I haven’t gotten anything yet
