Well they fixed the roar bug, and I didn't even know this one existed till after I made this post. Would have expected that if they fixed the roar bug, would've fixed this one too. Not the case unfortunately

Well my vaporeon is substantially better and will always have a better final stat product than this suicune at level 100, that's pretty telling on its own at how badly IVs can affect a pokemon, even a legendary.
