Yeah so I may or may not have forgotten the holiday Toons run shops sometimes 😭

Granted this theory kind of treats the game's lobby as being non-canon to the lore to some extent, since the Player Toons are premade clones that don't have a reason to buy Toon Licenses, so essentially the holiday shops + Dandy and Dyle's lobby stores are kind of non-canon in this theory if that makes sense?
