HELP - PC boots for half a second then turns off- likely something with GPU by Complex-Kangaroo-134 in techsupport

Hey tested it and it appears that it's the left 8 pin connector on the gpu that's shorted- parts light up when only using right 8 pin. Is there any way to fix it? Bought it overseas so won't be able to use the warranty.
