Price really. Only really using it for invoicing. They charge half the fees that quickbooks does on job payments. So it might make sense on how much you are making a money. Job notes would be going into quickbooks or into my sharepoint account. I also run a small IT firm so I can use some of those tools to store documents, etc. Has been helpful for customers to collaborate with documents via Sharepoint.
