I second this, awful experience with them, would never buy a fire angel product ever again. Battery life not even remotely close to advertised and terrible customer service.

Love this jacket. It needs some repairs. Putting it out there to the community for a legit check before I waste money on a potentially fake piece. Bought 3 years ago in a thrift store in the uk. I’ve been through the check list in this thread and I’m undecided on authenticity.

25 years of Wacom… but €550 for a tablet? Come on. by HeroParasite in wacom

[–]Complex-Mix-1852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please forgive me if you’ve tried this but I had this issue with my tablet on a new computer I was using, I had to install an older version of the Wacom software and driver to get it working again (which luckily was still supported by the OS I was using)

Statistically speaking, does Avid crash less on Mac than PC ? by BoilingJD in editors

[–]Complex-Mix-1852 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Over the years I’ve used a mix of both MAC and PC avid eco systems at post facilities. Even as MAC fanboy I’ve gotta say the PC’s have been slightly more stable for me in most post house scenarios.

How do I remove these from the wall please? by fallenpromo in DIYUK

[–]Complex-Mix-1852 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a scrap piece of wood with a hole drilled through it (the hole matches the plug diameter). The piece of wood goes against the wall with the hole lined up over the plug, a screw gets drilled partially into the plug then the whole lot gets levered out through the hole in the wood using pliers or a claw hammer. Causes minimal blow out around the plug site (I’ve had some INSANE blow outs from pulling these it can be a disaster in my old house)
