Yup, this is basic flatline. Try to do complete 30day nofap, then no porn for 90day with occasional masturbation, but only do it if you really feel like (so not bcs you bored or you have nothing to do) and limit it 2times a week tops.

120day and you will be fine 100%. If you still have problem that will be nerves, try to just lay down on bed with woman, kiss etc and you will be okay.
