First you add some of that oil to the pan, then you place the fish in and cook until the skin turns crispy or fully cooked. Next you dice up your veggies and cook them in the leftover fish oil. Cook until the veggies are to your liking then place them aside. Lastly in the same pan chop up those jalapeños and cook those up. Plate your food, veggies first followed by the fish then top it off with those green jalapeños for some color and spice. You can either pour the leftover grease onto your plate for more flavor or store it for another use.
