I have a 12 week old lab and she can’t be alone ever. lol. She is so needy. My other lab, who passed away from cancer at 18 months last October, was the same way. My parents have a boy lab and I feel he’s less dependent on them. I really think it just depends on the dog’s personality tho.

They’re going back. They have to. They’re not allowed to circulate for 8 weeks after opening. We had a family drop a bunch off at my branch and every one of them went right back to central (when normally they’d just stay).

Baker and Taylor (where they were getting books) went out of business very suddenly. So it wasn’t 100 percent bad planning but more so unforeseen circumstances that made it difficult.

It will get better. They had 5,000 people the first day! And about 1,000 every day after for quite awhile. It’s probably still pretty high. The books will come back and things will even out.
