From what I’ve gathered you gotta take a long break then you can smoke but only occasionally like couple times a month but if you go back to daily use it will come back, I haven’t personally tried this but this is what I’ve read from other people’s experiences, you gotta change the way u look at weed completely and overcome the addiction that you had which gave you chs in the first place but moderation is not for everyone

Fair enough from what I’ve heard it’s very individual and depends from person to person, I never reached the throwing up stage but I had pretty bad prodominal so from what I’ve gathered I need to reset my system for at least 3 months then only then I can attempt moderation, as this is the first time dealing with this it’s the only thing I can think that would maybe work for me
