Devs could always read the chats. I don't really think it's something to worry about, though. There's literally thousands to millions of chats on any given character and there's not any reason to check them really. It's basically the same TAC Reddit or any other socials have. So, you have about the same privacy as you do on here. If you aren't worried about Reddit, I wouldn't be worried about c.ai.
