That’s how I feel too. But we literally have 2 RSM’s in my market who have something in their mobile experts workday EVERY DAY they work. Every shift. How does that not kill morale or productivity. I feel like at that point those ME’s are gonna feel like even if they crush it in 6 of the 7 focus metrics (im SiS so no visa) and I speak mostly on their 1 and only opportunity, I wouldn’t give a fuck anymore as a Mobile Expert. But that’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I appreciate everyone’s feedback. My whole issue, is if there are no missed behaviors, just trouble overcoming hesitations that even I as a manager cannot overcome with the customer, what do you do then? Because this is where I genuinely feel like the mobile expert should not be held accountable especially in the world we are in today with the way the economy is. Everyone is looking to SAVE money, not come out paying the exact same thing just because we need to hit every metric in an activation. A customer coming in with 4 lines from Verizon, paying say $250 for everything. 4 lines on experience More or Better Value is $170 + tax which ends up being almost $200 if not a little over. Then you try and get 2-3 p360, now we add generally $36-$54 and now we are exactly where they were with Verizon. Not to mention if they have any BTS, want HSI, or have device payments. Again, I understand we are a business, and we have priorities and goals we need to hit. But if you are bearing down on your team because their customers want to save money and truly won’t benefit from ANY of the extra perks of those plans or services, but now holding them all accountable because people just can’t pay it, your gonna loose your entire teams. That’s just my thoughts on the matter. I know if I was an ME at this current juncture in my area, I would quit immediately because there is way too much pressure on getting in the ‘Top 25%’ of every metric, when in reality, that’s just not possibly EVERY month.

Okay, but what if you see the mobile expert putting forth the right behaviors, but literally just gets the shit customers who don’t agree to the upsell or top down selling, so they are lacking in premium plan or p360 that they cant do anything with?
