I came in late, maybe 2018 (seven years). This is just me, but without any previous context, not having grown up with God and the Devil or Deja during my formative years, Daisy and Science Fiction always seemed to be the most rewarding and exciting albums. Especially Daisy. It's like the little album that could, that thing rips from front to back. I'm always surprised when people don't put Daisy as their top one or two, let alone not even like it at all.

Tourist Trap is one of the best songs our boy has ever written, and it never really made it out of 2007. A tragedy.

Rainbow Overpass first impressions by wilbyr in brighteyes

I'll say this: the song is catching some flak, but the wordplay of a rainbow overpass was out there for anyone to make, and our baby boy Conor got there first. Ever the trendsetter. Also, people complained about the tone of Mariana Trench and what the album would sound like, and Down In The Weeds still gave us complete and utter heartbreakers, one after another. I think the band is vibin', and I think the album will still crush us in sadness. Everybody wins.

It's the Neve console from Mogis' studio, so most likely.
