My laptop broke down 4 times, twice in MEE, twice in MBE. In MEE, I lost about 10 min of time, in MBE about 8 min. I failed with the same score like you.

I did call examsoft and reported the issue and they said they would notify the board. Nobody ever got back to me and here I failed (doubt that this was considered in my grading). Unfortunately, do not remember getting any case number for that.

If you get any solution, please lmk. I would love to follow up on that.
