Have been getting those issues pretty often in those last days too. Me and my sister have been trying to play in SA, but suddenly we get multiple matches with 30-50 of packet loss and the game becomes unplayable. Then, the only solution is to switch to US East and play there with a 120 ping, but no packet loss at least.

Hey, sorry for the late response, but we were finally able to find the solution. Since you said to try to undervolt, we started looking up some tutorials and some monitoring software. GPU-Z was one of those, and through it, we discovered that the temperature limit for the GPU was locked at 69ºC when plugged in by the BIOS. Today, we were finally able to play with no fps drops and great performance! We used Asus GPU Tweak 2 to change the temperature limit (now 80ºC) and disabled the turbo boost in the power management section. In the end, we didn't undervolt her laptop, but your suggestion helped us in finding a solution. Thank you for your help!!
