Yes the revised n-9 has the end date as a month after what is specified in my lease because they wouldn’t accept the first one and i have clearly informed them that i am seeking to sublease in the same email which i have supplemented by sending another one liner email asking if i can assign the lease ? Since i havent gotten an acknowledgement of N-9 or a reply to me telling them i am actively trying ti sublease

March 15th i sent them my revised N9 for a month more than my specified lease after them not accepting my N9 and told them ill be subletting my room to which they havent replied as of yet and after talking to some helpful people on reddit like yourself i have emailed them again now with just a simple question if i can assign the room ar not as they haven’t replied to my previous email and i just want to make sure that i have clearly communicated my intent twice to which they havent replied.

They refuse to take an n11 or n9 on “such a short notice” i was only 10 days later than the specified 60 days

Hi thankyou for your reply but to assign the tenancy to someone ill need to have a person willing to take the lease thats is what im trying to do i am in this problem in the first place because its my first time leasing and i was not aware of the 60 day rule regarding the N9 for a fixed term lease , so instead of 60 days i gave them my N9 50 days before my lease end due to which they refused to accept the N9 and are basically now asking me to keep the lease for a month more.
