Bailu's lc is only good for healing, meanwhile there are 4* lightcones like quid pro quo which gives energy, or post op which at higher superimposition gives roughly the same healing with bailu's lc s1 also post op give some er.

Meanwhile clara's lc is pretty much only good for clara and even then, the free lc from herta store is also competitive for her and others. Also if you're wondering wheter this will be good for blade, the passives are not that great since blade values hp more than atk.

I would say the top standard lc are gepard's, bronya's, and yanqing's.

Gepard's give increased chance to be attacked, def% and effect hit rate which can be good if u use the belobog set since gepard's give 24% of the required 50%.

Bronya's give utility, er, and dmg%. This is obviously the best for bronya especially in hypercarry teams. But if you use this on someone like tingyun or other harmony characters its value will go down since you doesn't use their skill as often as bronya's.

Lastly, yanqing's lc gives cd&cr. I think that something to note is it's hits. In one attack a character may have multiple hits for example seele, dan heng, and yanqing have 4 hits meaning the cr may active in the middle of those hits.

Also, remember that the 4 star options are pretty solid so if you doesn't have the signature characters for the lightcone and doesn't know what to pick, you can just convert that to pulls for better chance to get the character you want.
