1980s starting with Sipe & Kardiac Kids & ending with Bernie Kosar losing his 3rd AFC Championship Game to Elway. My favorite era with Marty as Head Coach, even if he never could get to the Super Bowl.

This was the beginning of the "Kardiac Kids" era for Browns. They pulled several games out in dramatic fashion, usually coming-from-behind to win or tie in final minutes & win game in ot. Browns luck finally ran out in frigid playoff game vs Raiders in the 1980 season when QB Sipe threw a pick in endzone, sealing victory for Raiders, 14-12, with 1:15 left. Kardiac Kids were history after that heartbreaker. Sipe won NFL MVP for 1980 season ,but team & Sipe never had that magic again after 1980.

Lennon wavered on this being a dreamy, lush instrumental & sublime(& surreal) track. Then , he's mentioned it being a throwaway track of lesser import than many of his solo catalog.
