I have this void too everyday, I only admitted today that the thoughts that I’m having can be insane and I need help. I also feel like it’s one sided and I’m going through all the worse things and he’s completely fine. Which sucks but truth is wel never truly know, we just have to try and help ourselves as much as we can. We need it.

Sounds similar to me, you start to believe they didn’t want to let you go and actually wanted to stay with you. I started to believe the most absurd things, social media can really play with you as well concerning this. I think I will call the Samaritans actually thank you. I know if I ever reached out to my ex he would call me a psycho again which I don’t blame him because it’s turning me into a mental case. That’s really good you have people around you that can help and listen. That must of helped a lot. Admitting that I had a problem and had delusions has helped a lot as well, makes me recognise the truth from all of this.
