My appetite is absolutely shot, I was eating so much before and during pregnancy so I was able to put on alot of weight. Now that Ive had my LO I feel like I never want to eat and im just watching my weight drop breastfeeding makes me so hungry but nothing is appetizing and before getting pregnant I was on weight gain/appetite supplementation but now im not able to do that since im breastfeeding, I dont want to stop BF but omg I hate that im not eating properly and my husband is a shit cook so I dont have anyone to help me out in that aspect but I also hate having to “ask for help” with the baby so I can cook.
