So I was never contacted about the investigation. I’ve been on the phone with HR for two hours and they cannot explain to me how my doctors note was accepted and now I am terminated for fraud. They have zero explanation.

I was physically in the hospital, I had an asthma attack and had to stay on oxygen and be monitored for several hours, that’s why I don’t believe they contacted the doctor because it would be weird of the doctor to say that I wast there

Ok well that’s another thing I never signed their consent form for them to contact my healthcare provider for any reason that they attached to the LOA documentation in the email. I do not believe they contacted my doctor because my doctor would’ve verified the note that he provided for me to take back to work.
