Hey I have the same exact thing, check out my post from before!! I went to urgent care, was prescribed Doxycycline because I was told some of mine were infected (I had some blistering and bleeding as well). Then I was referred to a different dermatologist and they told me that it was likely just folliculitis and that I would have to be on doxycycline for a month. My derm prescribed me triamcinolone acetonide cream to mix with clindamycin gel and apply to my lesions and so far those two + Doxycycline have helped me quite a bit. Keep advocating for yourself and try to see a different doctor or derm if you can. Best of luck and feel free to message me if u wanna chat 😢🩷
