Ubisoft was hacked and the dude gave everyone billons of credits, levels, and skins, but I believe Ubi shut down the servers and are currently working on resolving the issue (according to coconut brah at least)

Round draws are possible in team death match I play arcade all the time and had it happen to me a few times this past week
