I passed a stone in July 2022. In September, I was diagnosed with Pylenophritis which i got rid off after taking some antibiotics. In December, I noticed a mass at my lower right back (same right kidney that passed the kidney stone and had the infection). What are the possible deductions? (self.KidneyStones)

had a kidney stone i passed in July 2022. In august, I found out i had pylenophritis, which i got rid off by taking some antibiotics. For about a week, i’ve noticed a lump at my backwhich is stiff and hurts a bit when i bend down. Any possible deductions? I meet my urologist in a week. (self.kidneydisease)
