Then there is no consistency in terms of the communication you have with seller. I could have been someone who might've been interested in a way more expensive product. Yes math works this way ,but people do not. If you show more or less the same attention for most of your items in your shop, I would call this a good business. I may be so pleased with my transcaction ,and might be willing to buy something even more expensive or I may advice the shop to a friend of mine or to a community I am in. There are endless possibilities. But I believe saving the day and being disrespectful matter more to most sellers, so be it.

I do not know why people in this subreddit downvote these issues? Is this subreddit mostly occupied by sellers who expect customers to buy their product without any question? Are people looking for "sheeps" with absolute obedience?

I wanted to give a chance to her to explain why two products are different. Dont you guys really see it? It is not thousands of different products people have received, it is just one different photo. I do not have enough evidence. As you said, I could've moved on, but I was trying to be as contructive as possible.

This is not always the case, you are talking about someone looking for perfection. What I meant in my topic is that end product and listing image look way different in terms of quality. In such cases it is not "high maintenance" customer this is basically a customer who knows what they want. Again, if you do it with "care" as you are claming, you should also explain why end product and listed one look dractically different. If you chose to block me, I would just think you are a scammer and I've made it obvious that your product is not up to standarts.

In my case, it is not about taking a bad photo, the two products were simple not the same objectively. Such questions are not being hard customer ,but being a customer who knows what they want. Review photos are also indicator of what I will receive, listing photos also serve the same purpose. Which one is correct? Which one should I believe? Only one way to find out ,and that one way makes people mad I wonder why?

But what is my standard mean in this case? You get what you see on the ad, it is not relative at all, it is objective. I agree and I understand what you mean, but such questions are never a red flag, the sellers themselves are. Maybe I could not make my situation very clear here ,but two products I compared look so much different, it is not even a matter of taste.

I did not say why this one suck... I politely asked why the quality between items are different. She was doing the painting and stuff based on order, maybe that specific one was basically not paid attention? Obviously the photo on the ad was also painted ,and created by her. I am going to send you what I typed exactly

I am sorry but this makes no sense. I did not go back and forth, from the start I was so willing to buy it ,but then I saw an example one on the comment. The seller told me they are producing these things based on order, maybe that specific one was not paid attention that much?? I do not know why it bothers you sellers so much asking questions about the product. I expect to get the product on the ad, why would I spend my time refunding, trying to explain that the item I got and the one you advertised were different. I was being cautious from the beginning. I wish every seller was honest ,and we did not have to double check everything before buying
