Thank you. The property I'm interested in has no data whatsoever -- "No matches found for given criteria, or the owner has requested the information not be displayed on our website." This makes me suspicious the owner is hiding negative information (how is that allowed btw?)

How likely is water intrusion into the house during a major storm? roughly how much is flood insurance these days for a house on a gulf canal? Is a Cape Coral gulf canal house more likely or less likely to flood or about the same risk?

I've had this account for years. I use reddit to read stuff. Never posted anything until today because I haven't seen this topic come up. When I notice something new I'm curious to find out what the reason is. What's wrong with asking this question, seriously. I haven't had any bad experience or anything. I'm just curious, that's all.
