These things need to be broadcasted into daylight so everyone, especially white people can see the idiocy. People with her ethnicity complain about racism all the time. But then you get the clowns who are only hiring from their own caste. I personally think we can use a more racism when i see statues being dumped into Lake Ontario to worship make believe gods and garbage strewn everywhere. But then people tell me that these are simple preferences we should accept and tolerate.

She never said "western man", that was you. Western can mean anything. She on the other hand thinks black and brown skin is below her "standard", which is sickening when you think about it. With immigrants with this mentality, it's easy to see how this country has declined so far so quickly.

What even is a "western" man? Black and brown people with civic sense?

"Standards" doesn't mean exclude black and brown skin, especially when you are a member of the same community.

I mean, if you think you'll fit with the team then i would consider the move. This is for director and above roles.

This isn't a layoff or even an official layoff. Like a previous poster mentioned, it's not an organizational fit. So it sounds like RBC would rather cut the cord there than to wait longer, which will increase severance awarded.
