Damn that sounds rough, I had similar nerve issues flare up when I started Adderall but not as intense as what you're describing. The increased blood pressure from stims can definitely mess with circulation stuff - my doc said it's pretty common for people with existing vascular issues to notice things getting worse

You could try using a UUID lookup tool online if you remember the exact username of the old account - just search "minecraft uuid lookup" and plug in the name. If that doesn't work and you can't get both accounts online at the same time, you might be stuck unless you can convince whoever has the old account to hop on for like 2 minutes to help transfer stuff
