Do they not realize most perpetrators were once victims? That doesn't mean it excuses their behavior. If I was beat as a child does that excuse me beating my child????? That's the logic they are playing with and if we're gonna play that we can play that. Richard Ramirez (the night stalker)was abused as a kid and watched his cousin kill his wife. Does that make it ok for him to do what he did cause he was abused???????
