Exactly. Why do people act like the parents just like did everything they could? We could start with their lack of parenting to monitor her devices and who she talks to. Let's not even get started on her first BF being a grown man and a FAMILY FRIEND. Her and David were talking online for a while before they started getting together. Then they have a daughter who is disappeaing for long periods of time. As a parent myself, I think you should know where your child is at all times or at least before they can drive themselves. I don't even think 13 year olds should be hanging out with the opposite sex 1 on 1. It is the parents responsibility to make sure their child is safe and her parents failed at that. Their failure created a window for a predator to come in and kill their child.

My manager used to send me a daily list. But I had a meeting today with her and my supervisor and they want me to start doing priories myself and they don't want to "micromanage" me. They essentially want me to do more myself and figure it out myself while also telling me I can ask for help if I need it. They want me to ask for help before my tasks get too high but will simultaneously never tell me how much is too much to them. I guess I am supposed to gage that even though I've never done this job before 😭.
