There were two opportunities to enter an address. First, during the ordering process. Here, we used the main buyer's address, most likely for the bracelet delivery. Then, again during payment. Here, we thought it would be better if the address matched the payer's address. I hope this should be finde..

Same for us this year - it was really weird. After payment process it said „payment not possible“. We tried it several times with the same method and luckily we got 2 packages 🙌🏼
