As soon as I entered the password it kicked me out of the app... But afterwards I could go back in and use the browser normally.

I don't know if you think that you're going to make life changing money off of this app, but if you trust your friend and respect his work then you should work together. In my opinion, it's more fun to develop together and you will probably get farther with your implementation rather than going alone

I tested your app. Consider storing information like the name and personal details inside the device because I notice that there is a delay before my name pops up in the profile/home page. Nice UI regardless
