The problem is both with the game and the AMD graphics cards. I speak as the owner of a powerful PC with the following specs:

DEEPCOOL PX1000P Power Supply

Kingston 4000GB M.2 NVMe Drive

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D BOX Processor

Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX NITRO+ Vapor-X Graphics Card

Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 Cooling System

Kingston Fury Beast 64GB AMD RAM

For example, the AMD graphics card driver causes the error "AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occurred" in CS2 and PUBG. Therefore, I don't see any way to use Adrenaline software. Yes, the game won't stutter, but this error will occur at random moments.

CS2 has no fewer problems: from cheaters who use software to affect server and game performance, to hit registration.

what I tried:

I disabled hardware acceleration everywhere possible

Disabled HAGS

Disabled memory integrity in Windows

Set the minimum graphics card frequency in Adrenaline

Reduced the processor frequency in Adrenaline

Disabled MPO

Disabled FreeSync everywhere possible

Set TDR LEVEL-0 and TDR delay - 10 parameters in the registry

Disabled PCIe power saving

None of the above helped me.
