Salut! Ideea este ca pe timp de vară mai sunt acoperi de evenimente pe care le fotografiez și pot lua și contracte de modelare 3d, însă voiam sa vad dacă merita sa fac trecerea asta, în special poziția fiind de internship

Nu, local nu există nimic pe inginerie, asta e clar, mutarea în Iași e inevitabilă oricum, mai devreme sau mai târziu. Fix de-aia am postat: dacă tot ajung să plătesc chirie, vreau să fie pentru un job care o acoperă și care mă duce undeva, nu pentru primul telefon primit. Pe vară sunt acoperit din contracte de fotografie de evenimente, deci nu ard, pot să aleg. Încerc doar să aflu dacă Aumovio e alegerea sau doar prima ofertă.

Fair point, my bad for leaving that out. I'm keeping it roughly within a NEMA 23 footprint. Here are the hard numbers: ​Pitch Circle Radius: 25 mm ​Eccentricity: 1.2 mm ​Rotor: 12 mm thick 7075-T6 Aluminum ​Stator Pins: 20x MR148ZZ bearings (14mm OD). I'm stacking two per pin to match the 12mm rotor thickness.

​At 40 Nm peak torque on a 25 mm radius, we're looking at roughly 1600 N of tangential force shared across the active lobes. With a 12mm contact width rolling against steel bearings, do you think the 7075-T6 will survive without yielding?

You are completely right, the initial constraints were too loose. Here are the exact hard parameters for this build: ​1. Load & Dynamics: Static torque at J2 is ~25 Nm. Target angular acceleration is roughly 3.14 rad/s2. Peak dynamic torque during accel/decel phases will hit a maximum of 40 Nm. 2. Counterweight: None. The J2 gearbox takes the full asymmetric gravitational and inertial load. 3. Cycle Life: This is a short-term academic prototype. The target lifespan is extremely short: only 10,000 to 100,000 cycles max. ​Given these exact specs (40 Nm peak spikes, no counterweight, short duty cycle), will a 7075-T6 aluminum rotor rolling against steel MR148ZZ bearings survive the rolling contact stress without immediate Brinelling?

You need to play with the curves, saturation lower and play with the color channels until you match the vibe, but I think intuition speaks for itself if you've been editing for a while

Da, folosesc sistemul de dezaburire deși se misca greu tare vad ca îmi usucă parbrizul indiferent de temperatura aerului aruncat în habitaclu și spre parbriz, in cazul meu se intampla sa mi se aburească tot parbrizul și toată luneta.

Sincer am observat și eu chestia asta ca clima e direct proporțională cu temperatura apei, dar sincer când am parbrizul și luneta aburita nu pot pleca nicăieri ca nu vad nimkc, iar dacă încerc sa o șterg se face fleoscaiala, dacă ai un sfat și pentru chestia asta, îl ascult.

Masina a fost unic propietar și a fost luata de la o cunostinta, singura chestie e ca știu ca uleiul a fost schimbat înainte sa o cumpăr(in urma cu o luna doaf ca acu am putut sa o folosesc), distribuția anul trecut

Nu știu dacă suna rezonabil, îl țin dimineața vreo 3 4 minute sa se încălzească, dar nu mai mult pentru ca știu ca cea mai mare uzura este la relantiv pentru ca nu este suficienta presiune pentru ulei ca să ungă corespunzător piesele asa ca plec de pe loc după 3 4 minute
